POTENTIAL CMSR CUSTOMERS, PLEASE NOTE:
I do NOT have access to Confederate records
for the units of Arizona, Arkansas or Texas.
Every CMSR inquiry I receive requires that I review the microfilm for each item
of the record(s) requested, abstract the major details, and type up a prospective for the
client to review and make their potential purchase decisions.
Depending on the size and number of files requested, this is an effort (on my part)
of as little as ten minutes, to a couple hours. This pre-purchase work is provided to the
potential client at NO charge, in hopes that I can gain their paid business.
I receive and process between 15-25 e-mail inquiries each day, along with my
order production duties. I do NOT have the time for passive "window shoppers",
and I am NOT a "free genealogy look-up" volunteer.
